Our community is fortunate to have both individual and group garden space throughout our property. Individual gardens are the responsibility of the homeowner. If you would like to make any significant changes to a private garden space such as removing shrubs/trees, adding a water feature etc, please submit a written request to Board of Directors detailing the requested changes.
The Board will review the requested changes and approve as appropriate. We encourage homeowners to maintain and enhance their garden spaces. The group gardens are maintained by the corporation and our gardening committee. If you would like to join the gardening committee, please contact the property manager and the committee will follow up with you.
Snow removal on our roads is covered by your monthly maintenance fee. Please note it is the homeowner’s responsibility to shovel/clear snow from the sidewalk in front of your home, your driveway and your private walkways. According to Markham city bylaws, all sidewalks must be cleared within 24 hours after snow has fallen. Please do NOT shovel/push snow on to the roads as this creates a safety hazard for drivers and may result in additional costs for snow plowing.
