The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for looking after the affairs of the Corporation and enforcing the Declaration, By-Laws and Rules (the governing documents, along with the Condominium Act).
Your Board of Directors consists of volunteers who have been elected to office by eligible Home Owners. Your current Board Members are:

Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting, (AGM) is a formal meeting which is held once a year, usually in late August or early September. The purpose of the meeting is to review the corporation’s past financial year and to address business such as the election of board members, appointment of the auditor, etc.
We encourage you to attend the AGM as this is your opportunity to hear from the Board directly, vote for Board members and ask questions.

The website is the quickest way to communicate with our property management company and the Board of Directors . On the website, you can request a service repair, read our community newsletters and receive news and information that concerns the complex.
The role of the Property Management company is to deal with the day-to-day operations and condominium related concerns of the homeowners/residents. Property Management is accountable to, and takes direction from the Condominium Corporation’s Board of Directors and is directly responsible for the maintenance, appearance and upkeep of all the Common Elements throughout the complex.
